You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@arbitbots.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Arbit provides automated trading bot software that executes trades on Binance Futures via your API keys, based on strategies and parameters you configure. We are a software provider, not a financial advisor or broker.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred.
By connecting your exchange API keys, you authorise Arbit to place and manage orders on your behalf. You must only provide API keys with trading permissions — never withdrawal permissions. Arbit will never request withdrawal access.
Arbit offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are activated upon confirmed payment. Plan details, pricing, and features are as described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our part.
Arbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, exchange outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may not use the Service for market manipulation, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law or exchange terms of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@arbitbots.com.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
